My name is Chelsey Arnell, I am currently working towards a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning and Olympic Lifting qualification. I have been involved in sport most of my life, it has allowed me to excel in my ability to help and motivate others with their training goals and aspirations. I believe fitness is not only physical experience but also a mental one, training is not only great for the body but also great for the mind. It can help you not only look better but feel better. What I want to do is help you achieve your goals, and provide support through out your training. I am currently competing as an elite amateur boxer for St Paul’s BC. I have been boxing for 6 years with a 25 bout record. Within the last 6 years I have improved immensely, developing my style and getting the results with hard work and dedication. I have reached the quarter and semi finals of the National Championships, quarter finals of the Elite Championships, 3 x Yorkshire Champion, Yorkshire Select Team and I have represented England against Ireland. I have sparred against some of the current best female GB boxers and been on England assessment camps. I have recently come back to the sport after a year out competing, with this break my mindset towards the sport changed.
